Property checks in Alicante and Costa Blanca
When a home is unused for weeks, a scheduled visit can check its visible condition and report apparent issues. KeyNido provides property checks in Alicante and the Costa Blanca for owners who live elsewhere or cannot visit regularly.
What we check during a visit
- Visible condition of the areas and features agreed with you.
- Apparent issues such as visible damp or damage that can be observed during the visit.
- Airing and simple checks you have authorised.
- A report and photographs included after every property check.
The scope depends on your instructions and the property. We do not undertake technical inspections or guarantee detection of hidden faults. Professional interventions and their costs are agreed separately.

VAT included, for one property up to 120 m² on an active route. No initial setup fee. Includes a first visit of up to 45 minutes. We agree the final price and scope before starting the service.
Additional visits and specific situations
An additional visit of up to 30 minutes has a guide price of €62 on an active route. A post-storm check of up to 45 minutes starts at €74, subject to safe access and availability. A dedicated journey outside the route needs a separate quotation; it is not an automatic surcharge on every visit.
Supplier access and repair coordination are concierge services for active KeyNido subscribers, booked and charged separately from the monthly fee. Arrival preparation is a separate one-off service and does not require a subscription.
Where we work
We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with our operational base in Onil. We visit your property by appointment. We confirm coverage in your town, availability and travel arrangements before accepting an assignment. Route prices apply only where an active route is available.

How will I know what you found?
Every property check includes a report and photographs. We agree how to send them to you. The Keyholding plan does not include recurring checks.
How many visits does Continuity include?
It includes three visits per calendar month at €109/month, up to 30 minutes each, with a report and photographs. That is 36 visits over 12 full months of service.
Are repairs included?
No. We can coordinate an authorised intervention, but coordination, purchases and third-party work are quoted separately.
