Start with a property assessment
A prior inspection establishes the condition, access, volume of belongings and tasks needed. We then agree what KeyNido can undertake and which additional services, transport or workers would need a separate quotation.
The initial guide is from €599, including VAT, following assessment. This is not a fixed rate for every property and does not automatically include clearance, transport, waste handling or additional providers.
Information that helps us assess the job
- Town, floor area and lawful access arrangements.
- Current photographs, taken only when safe to do so.
- Amount and type of accumulated belongings and which areas are accessible.
- Information about waste or conditions that could prevent ordinary cleaning.
Do not handle materials or enter unsafe areas to take photographs. Where specialists are needed, their intervention and costs must be agreed before accepting the work.
Limits of the current service
We do not undertake cleaning involving blood, bodily fluids, decomposition, accumulated faeces, sharps, sewage, asbestos, chemical contamination or other hazardous materials. Tasks needing specialist equipment or expertise outside the accepted brief are also excluded.

We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with our operational base in Onil. We visit your property by appointment. We confirm coverage in your town, availability and travel arrangements before accepting an assignment. Route prices apply only where an active route is available.

Do you offer hoarding or trauma cleaning?
We assess heavy dirt and accumulated belongings only where they are uncontaminated. Suitability depends on the actual condition of the home. We do not offer biological decontamination, trauma cleaning or medical assessments.
Does it include removing every item?
Not automatically. Clearance, transport and waste handling are quoted separately when appropriate.
Can you quote using the floor area alone?
No. For this kind of work, we need to assess the condition, accumulation, access and any additional services before agreeing a final quotation.
