Decoration proposals do not replace architectural, engineering or other technical projects. Building works, specialist installations and third-party services are assessed separately.

VAT included. Cleaning is included in hourly projects, within the contracted hours shared with preparation and design. Assessment and advice sessions follow their stated scope. Travel and breaks do not use the contracted hours. Purchases, works and third-party providers are separate. Any extension requires prior acceptance.
Purchases, coordination and a clear budget
Purchase management is 12.5% of the goods’ value excluding VAT, plus VAT on the management fee, with a minimum fee of €150 including VAT. We do not charge a second management fee for the same purchases. Additional coordination is €62/hour of actual work, agreed in advance.
Furniture, purchases, prop hire, building works, photography, transport and third parties are separate. Out-of-route visits need a separate quotation. Before starting, we agree what is included and how any additional expense will be accepted.

Where we work
We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with our operational base in Onil. We visit your property by appointment. We confirm coverage in your town, availability and travel arrangements before accepting an assignment. Route prices apply only where an active route is available.

Can we start with a single room?
Yes. The consultation and one-room project provide defined starting points. We review the room, needs and budget before agreeing the scope.
Do your proposals include technical drawings or building work?
No. These are non-technical decoration services. Technical projects, installations and building work require the appropriate professionals and separate costs.
How do you price a whole-home project?
We prepare an individual quotation after reviewing the property, total area, needs, style, budget and scope. There is no fixed whole-home price.
