What we assess before quoting

Windows, terraces, appliance interiors, clearance and waste are quoted separately. Rates are indicative. The property’s actual condition, access and agreed tasks determine the final quotation.
Prepare the property for our assessment
Send the town, approximate usable floor area, type of renovation and current photographs when safe to take them. Let us know whether the property is clear or still contains furniture and materials.
For household dirt without building residue, consider one-off or deep cleaning. For heavy dirt or accumulated belongings, we first assess intensive property cleaning.
Where we work
We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with our operational base in Onil. We visit your property by appointment. We confirm coverage in your town, availability and travel arrangements before accepting an assignment. Route prices apply only where an active route is available.
Frequently asked questions
Is debris removal included?
No. Clearance, transport and waste handling require a separate quotation when appropriate. The cleaning brief must be agreed before work begins.
Can you remove every stain or adhered mark?
We assess materials and residue before accepting the task. We do not guarantee removal of every mark or undertake treatments that are incompatible with the surface.
Can you clean while the building work is still underway?
The published rates are for completed work with safe access. Tell us the situation so we can confirm whether and when the service can be arranged.
