Property concierge in Alicante and Costa Blanca
Some tasks need a person near your home: meeting a technician, coordinating a delivery or arranging a repair. KeyNido’s property concierge in Alicante and the Costa Blanca lets you arrange those assignments with agreed time, costs and permissions. Concierge is exclusively for KeyNido plan subscribers and is booked and charged separately from the monthly fee.
Arrival preparation without a subscription
This is a separate one-off service, available to anyone: €74 including VAT on an active route, for up to 45 minutes of airing, basic checks and light preparation. Cleaning is separate. Access and availability are agreed in advance. Request arrival preparation.

- Welcome shopping and consumable restocking, with products charged separately.
- Coordinating repairs, utility appointments and other suppliers.

Indicative prices include VAT. Additional waiting, agreed in advance, is €25 per 30 minutes. These on-site services are priced for scheduled routes. Dedicated journeys, purchases, laundry, repairs and third-party providers are quoted separately.
Meter readings: €15 during a scheduled visit or €49 total with an additional route visit. Additional photographic report: €36 during a scheduled visit or €62 total with an additional route visit. Laundry coordination: €31, or €49 total with an additional route visit; laundry provider charges are separate. In each case, the total replaces the base service fee.
A clear authorisation for every assignment
Tell us what you need, where, when and who is involved. We agree the brief and limits in writing before scheduling the task. If further work becomes necessary, we ask for your acceptance before expanding the assignment.
To request concierge, you need an active KeyNido keyholding or property check plan subscription. Each assignment is booked and charged separately from the plan fee.
Where we work
We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with our operational base in Onil. We visit your property by appointment. We confirm coverage in your town, availability and travel arrangements before accepting an assignment. Route prices apply only where an active route is available.
Frequently asked questions
Is concierge included in Continuity?
No. Continuity includes the scheduled property check visits. Concierge assignments are only available to subscribers and are booked and charged separately from the monthly fee.
Do you pay for purchases or repairs on my behalf?
We agree beforehand how expenses will be managed and funded. The assignment fee does not include products or third-party invoices.
Do you manage lettings or property sales from start to finish?
No. KeyNido cares for and prepares the property and carries out specific authorised tasks. Holiday rental management and end-to-end sales or purchases are outside the service, including brokerage, negotiation, transaction administration and completion.
