Keyholding in Alicante and Costa Blanca
Having someone nearby makes authorised handovers, technician visits and care of your second home easier while you are away. KeyNido offers keyholding in Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with access permissions and a clear scope agreed for each property.
What keyholding includes
- Custody of up to two sets of keys per property under the Keyholding plan.
- Coded key identification and a record of key movements.
- An initial inventory, property record and agreed access permissions.
- Coordination of authorised handovers or access, charged separately where applicable.

No initial setup fee. Includes a first visit of up to 45 minutes. Prices include VAT and apply to one property up to 120 m² on an active route. We confirm the final price and conditions before you sign up. Concierge is exclusively for subscribers and is booked and charged separately from the monthly fee. Additional visits are also charged separately.
How we arrange access to your home
First we agree who may enter, for which tasks and how you would like to be informed. We record the key sets supplied and the agreed brief. When access is needed, we confirm authorisation and availability before scheduling it.
For recurring checks, choose an Essential, Peace of Mind or Continuity plan. Each includes keyholding for one monthly fee, plus a report and photographs after every check. Checks are visual and do not replace a technical inspection.
Where we work
We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca, with our operational base in Onil. We visit your property by appointment. We confirm coverage in your town, availability and travel arrangements before accepting an assignment. Route prices apply only where an active route is available.
Frequently asked questions
Does the €14.90 plan include property visits?
It does not include recurring visits. It does include the initial setup visit of up to 45 minutes. Recurring checks, with a report and photographs, are included in Essential, Peace of Mind and Continuity. Access and other assignments are booked separately.
Can you let a technician into the property?
Yes, for subscribers with an active KeyNido plan, with an assignment and authorisation agreed beforehand. Technician access is a concierge service with its own price and availability, charged separately from the plan fee.
Is this a security or 24-hour service?
No. Keyholding does not include security guarding, alarm response or continuous availability. Visits and access are arranged by appointment.
