Cleaning is included in hourly projects, within the contracted hours of actual work shared with preparation and design. Assessment and advice sessions follow the scope stated in their own description. Travel and breaks do not use these hours. Any extension requires prior acceptance.

Purchase management. 12.5% of purchases excluding VAT, plus VAT on the fee; minimum fee €150 including VAT. No duplicate management fee on the same purchases.
Additional coordination: €62/hour. Per hour of actual work, on site or remotely, by prior agreement. Out-of-route visits are separate.
Fees include VAT. Furniture, purchases, prop hire, building works, photography, transport and third parties are separate. Decoration proposals do not replace technical projects or guarantee a sale price or timescale.

A few useful details.
Are the published prices final?
No. All published prices and website estimates are indicative and subject to confirmation. Before starting, we will agree the final price and scope in writing, including any accepted extras. No work will begin without your prior acceptance. Any additional work will be quoted and accepted before it is carried out.
Which areas will you cover?
We serve Alicante and the Costa Blanca. We can also travel to nearby areas, subject to a prior quotation. Visits are organised around compact routes. The destination, travel costs and total price are agreed before work begins.
Do the plans include cleaning or concierge?
Each property-check plan includes keyholding for one monthly fee, plus a report and photographs after every check. The Keyholding plan has no recurring visits. Cleaning and arrival preparation are separate services available without a subscription. Concierge is only for active subscribers and is charged separately from the monthly fee.
How does the Continuity plan work?
It includes three visits per calendar month: 36 visits over 12 full months of service. Dates are agreed within each month and each check lasts up to 30 minutes. Additional visits are quoted separately.
Do you provide trauma cleaning?
At this stage, intensive property recovery is limited to properties without biological contamination. Death scenes, blood, bodily fluids, decomposition, accumulated faeces, sharps, sewage, asbestos and chemical contamination are excluded.
Can an estate agency use the service?
Yes. The assignment is limited to preparing and presenting the property. KEYNIDO does not manage sales or purchases from start to finish, or handle brokerage, negotiation, transaction administration or completion. Holiday rental management and sale price or timing guarantees are also excluded.
How will keys be identified?
Each client will have a permanent code. The inventory will identify the property and each key set, and record handovers and returns. Labels will not display names or addresses; that information will be stored separately with restricted access.
Is my preferred date reserved?
No. It is a preferred date for planning your quotation. An appointment will only be confirmed once the scope, price and availability are agreed. You can send your enquiry directly using this form.
